Community Engagement Initiative

As part of our commitment to social responsibility, TechPride runs a comprehensive community engagement initiative (CEI) which is an extension of TechPride’s values and a way we can give back to our local community and beyond.

Each CEI member's role focuses on building a knowledgeable and sustainable community by fostering education, supporting local initiatives, and addressing environmental and educational needs. We have devoted team members who participate in initiatives such as tutoring underprivileged youth, guiding parents in education decisions, supporting environmental and sustainability causes in underserved neighborhoods (i.e. planting trees, maintaining community gardens, educating the community on local agriculture/food sourcing), or assisting at food banks.

TechPride provides our CEI team members with hourly compensation for their time spent giving back to the community each week in a Historically Under-utilized Business Zone (HUBZone) area.
